If you need to re-install your software from scratch, you may not find it easy. If you don't have a suitable backup you may be faced with re-installing Windows and then re-installing all your programs, files, networking, email settings and much more.

Many new computers are sold with a 'recovery' disk which will restore the hard disk to the state it was in when it left the factory. However, 2 years on this is probably NOT what you really want! Often you would have had to 'make' the recovery disk(s) yourself - and most people don't!

So, what do you do...?

We will install Windows from a genuine Microsoft Install CD and rebuilt your software to your requirements.

We appreciate that every case is different. Some people may have nothing much they care about on the current system. They just want a working PC again. Others have their last three year's life on the computer in the form of work files, homework projects and assignments, music files, pictures, videos and more.

We will do whatever is possible to recover your personal information before a software re-build - and then talk to you about backups!
